Name	Description
`OnGetCell`	Event where instance of `INxCell` can be given depending on `ACol` and `ARow` parameters.
`OnGetRow`	Event where currently drawing or measuring row can be adjusted. For example Height property of a row.
`OnGetRowCount`	Event where number of rows are obtained.
